The Local Organizing Committee of IAHR-Asia 2025 symposium will offer accommodation in and around the Symposium venue for the convenience of accommodation for participants in the Symposium, with discounts on accommodation fees.
Reservations for accommodation below are not compulsory, and other accommodations outside the venue can also be applied personally.
Please refer to the accommodation details below and make a reservation by submitting the accommodation application form, which will be uploaded in Jan, 2025.

Invitation Letter

The International Scientific Committee of IAHR-Asia 2025 will review the submitted Abstracts and notify the acceptance of the Abstracts to the presenting authors, and an invitation letter will be sent together to the presenting authors from the symposium organizing committee.
Among the co-authors of the adopted Abstract, those who wish to participate in the IAHR-Asia 2025 symposium should send their information of name, affiliation, and the accepted Abstract number to the symposium secretariat(h_kim@korea.ac.kr) by e-mail in order to receive their official invitation letters from the symposium organizing committee, as well.
