1.1 Presentation Duration
Your presentation should be no longer than 15 minutes, including time for the Q&A session.
1.2 Equipment Provided
Each presentation room will be equipped with a beam projector and a laptop computer running PowerPoint. The laptops will also have a USB port available.
1.3 Presentation Preparation
Please bring your PowerPoint presentation on a USB drive. We recommend arriving at your presentation room 10 minutes before your session begins to ensure your file is successfully copied to the laptop computer.
2.1 Size: The poster must be in A0 size (841mm x 1189mm), fitting within the poster board dimensions of 950mm (width) x 1250mm (height).
2.2 Orientation: Posters must be in portrait style.
2.3 Design: Ensure the poster conveys a clear message. Avoid overloading with excessive information—less is more.
2.4 Readability: Text should be large enough to be read from 2-3 meters. Use a minimum of 1 cm height for text and 2.5 cm height for titles.
2.5 Impact: Make sure the poster is visually clear and easy to interpret at first glance.
